Terms of Use
Effective August 3, 2026 · Last updated August 3, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of wheretfismitchmcconnell.com, including its discussion, voting, commenting, media-upload, and advertising features.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional rules displayed with a feature. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is an independent discussion platform focused on public information, commentary, and questions concerning Mitch McConnell. It is not operated by or affiliated with Mitch McConnell, his representatives, the United States Senate, or Reddit.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the service. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access to it secure.
Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, evade an enforcement action, sell an account, or use automated means to create or control accounts without written permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of posts, comments, images, short videos, links, and other material you submit. You grant the site a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically modify that content solely to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and copies shared by others.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not upload private information, unlawfully recorded material, or video longer than 60 seconds.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not threaten violence, harass, dox, stalk, defraud, manipulate votes, distribute malware, scrape the service at abusive scale, interfere with security, or use the site for unlawful conduct.
Criticism, parody, satire, and political opinion are allowed when they comply with these Terms. Present claims of fact responsibly, distinguish opinion or satire, and provide reliable source links when reasonably available.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, label, reduce distribution of, remove, or preserve content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; and cooperate with valid legal process. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, risk, and attempts to evade prior action.
We do not promise to monitor every submission and are not responsible for user content merely because it appears on the service. Users should report suspected violations through available reporting tools.
6. Intellectual property and notices
The site design, logo, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Copyright or trademark complaints should identify the protected work, the challenged material and its location, the complaining party’s contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and authorized. A designated notice channel will be published before commercial launch.
7. Advertising and third parties
Advertisements and sponsored posts must be clearly labeled and comply with the Advertising Policy. Advertisers are responsible for their claims, targeting, landing pages, products, and legal disclosures.
The service may link to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse third-party content, security, products, or privacy practices merely by linking to them.
8. Service changes and termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement rights—will survive.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that user content is accurate, complete, current, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without permission; the operator may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service.
Before commercial launch, the operator should add its legal name, mailing address, governing law, dispute process, and formal notice contacts following review by qualified counsel.
Use the reporting or account-support controls available on the site. A dedicated legal and privacy contact method will be published before commercial launch.
